Establish NDA
Since it is important to understand your objectives for outsourcing and also discuss specifics around technologies, timelines, etc. which could all be sensitive in nature, our first step is to establish a mutual non-disclosure agreement to protect you interests.

Understand your objectives
This is the most important step in the process. Whether you need staff because you have a talent gap, or an urgent project deadline, or another reason, it is critical that we understand this so the right resource, urgency, and engagement timeline can be determined up front. This will also allow us to place thee right resources that functions best according to your needs.

Identify resources that meet your objectives
This is an activity performed by Digiteon based on the skillsets, experience level, and specific technologies you have identified in the previous step. We will look for the right resources and will share their resumes with you for your review, and initiate next steps.

Resource selection
Each of our customers will have an opportunity to meet with the resource virtually (video conference), and interview them on various aspects including technical, culture, communication, etc. Once the Customer is completes the interview process, they will notify Digiteon of their selection.

Contract finalization
Finalization of contract terms including start date, fees, duration, and other terms, and signing of an MSA and SOW.

Onboarding
On the date of joining, Digiteon’s Client Success team will introduce the candidate to the Customer, ensure that the right hardware/software is in place for the resource, and initiate the onboarding process. Onboarding will also cover reporting procedures, timesheets, approvals, etc.

Daily status updates and time entries by resources
On the date of joining, Digiteon’s Client Success team will introduce the candidate to the Customer, ensure that the right hardware/software is in place for the resource, and initiate the onboarding process. Onboarding will also cover reporting procedures, timesheets, approvals, etc.

Periodic reviews – initiated by Digiteon
Our Client Success team will engage with the Customer at-least once per month to ensure Client Success. In this review, the performance of each resource will be discussed along with any areas of improvement, which can be passed to the resource. If the resource is not working out, our Client Success Team will also plan for a change of resource.
