During the pandemic, the E-commerce industry boomed, and Kensium struggled to keep up with the huge demand for making Magento-based online stores. They didn’t have enough people or resources to handle it all.
They couldn’t find skilled local folks to hire. So, to get more talented people from outside Hyderabad, Kensium needed to open up in areas where there were lots of experts in Magento.
To solve their problem, Kensium had to branch out to places where they could find plenty of skilled folks who knew all about Magento. This move helped them bring in more capable people and meet the growing demand for their services in the ever-expanding world of online selling.

Through our Build-Operate-Transfer services, Digiteon offered Kensium to help them establish a development center in Ahmedabad, Gujrat which houses a sizeable population of Magento/Adobe Commerce developers.
Digiteon strategy team worked with Kensium’s to understand their resources requirement and devised a strategy and roadmap, for hiring the best of talent available, implement necessary process, systems and infrastructure, to build and manage.
Digiteon is currently managing a full-fledged development center for Kensium in Ahmedabad and will be transitioning the unit to Kensium once the set objectives are accomplished
Our Journey with Kensium
We had a very effective communication and collaboration mechanism set up, which helped us build the required infrastructure, systems and processes and hire the right talent as per Kensium’s specifications and requirements. We also ensured that the entire process adheres to legal and compliance requirements applicable to both Kensium and Digiteon.
Currently Digiteon is running and managing the operations of this new unit based on the agreed-upon service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Once the operations are stabilized and Kensium is satisfied with the state of the development centre, the ownership of the operations will be transferred from Digiteon to Kensium.
