Job Description
- Assisting and reviewing the development of project scopes, considering resources, and technological constraints including effort estimates with consideration to business impacts and identified risks
- Creating and executing project work plans and revising as appropriate to meet the changing needs and requirements. This includes wireframing, sitemaps & scope of work
- Defining project scope and giving clear instructions to the design and development team
- Clarifying and communicating project objectives and success criteria to all project stakeholders.
- Identifying resources needed and assigning individual responsibilities throughout project development.
- Assuring that projects are completed according to schedule and within budget
- Documentation – Ensuring that project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately
- Collaborating with the Marketing team, IT leadership, SEO team, developers, and other parties involved to establish the vision and analyze trade-offs between usability and performance needs
- Ensuring that approved requirements are developed in sufficient scope and detail that will result in the delivery of a solution that meets customer needs as they perceive them
- Assisting with developing quality assurance processes, documentation, and testing where needed
- Identifying and managing project risks
- Shift timing would be 2 PM to 11 PM IST.
Level Skills
- 8+ years of experience in IT.
- Experience in expediting, expediting, project management, inspection, and logistics management
- Strong organizational and leadership skills to manage teams and multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and team members
- Knowledge of eCommerce platforms and development
- PMP certification is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field
- Experience in eCommerce and Magento development will be a must.
- Knowledge of tools like JIRA, Confluence, etc.
